Terms of Use and Indemnity Agreement
By accessing or using the Oshimili South Revenue Management Portal (“the Portal”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Lawful Use
I agree to use the Portal strictly in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Act and relevant financial regulations;

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Act;

All Federal and Local Government tax laws, including the Oshimili South Local Government Area tax by-laws.

User Responsibility
I understand that I am solely responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of any information or transaction carried out on the Portal;

Ensuring that all revenue or tax submissions are lawful and traceable;

Complying with all data, identity, and tax verification requirements.

Indemnity
I agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yeahway Technologies Limited, its employees, directors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, penalties, investigations, fines, or legal costs arising from:

Any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity conducted through my use of the Portal;
Violation of any applicable financial or tax law;

Breach of CBN, EFCC, or Local Government guidelines or rules.
Limitation of Liability
I acknowledge that Yeahway Technologies Limited acts only as a technology service provider and is not a tax-collecting authority. I agree that Yeahway shall not be held liable for any misuse of the Portal by myself or any other user.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Delta State, Nigeria.
